Oat – Beneficial for Our Skin


 Oats are used to cleanse, soften and smooth the skin. They are suitable for all skin types as they have some amazing natural skin care properties that help your skin to rejuvenate and restore skin’s natural moisture.
Oats are clinically proved to heal dry and itchy skin and also work as best skin healing ailments. 

Nowadays people prefer to use natural skin care treatments that reduce skin illness such as rashes, abrasions and even chicken pox. I am going to tell you easy oat yogurt mask recipe that will help you to clear your skin and reduce large pores. The enzymes present in yogurt hydrates the skin, leaving it soft and smooth.


Recipe:
2 tablespoon oats or oatmeal.
2 tablespoon yogurt.

Stir oatmeal into yogurt and put in fridge for some hours. Apply on face and leave it for 30 minutes before rinsing off in Luke warm water. This mask can be applied every day as it gives excellent results.
