Chocolate and Coconut Smoothie



I just love chocolate and love to experiment new recipes with it. Chocolate and coffee as we all know, is very beneficial for your skin. Add this wonderful smoothie in your skin care list. It will do wonders for your skin. Coconut when combined with chocolate will work as a healthy combo. Honey is good for antioxidants. Coconut juice present in this recipe is healthy for your skin. Quickly note down the recipe:



·         Fresh coconut juice.
·         One egg.
·         2 tsp. chocolate powder in raw form.
·         1 tsp. vanilla essence.
·         Honey 1tsp.
·         Ice.

Blend all these ingredients well into a blender. Mix well. The Chocolate and coconut smoothie is ready to drink. J

How to Make a Coffee Foot Scrub


Here is a quick and easy recipe on how you can take care of your feet by making coffee foot scrub at home.

What You will need:

·         5 tablespoon of freshly grinned coffee.
·         4 tablespoon of corn or ground oat meal.
·         3 tablespoon of sea salt of Epsom salt.
·         4 tablespoon of olive oil or almond oil.
·         Some drops of lavender oil or peppermint oil for relaxing and soothing effect.



How You will Make the Scrub:

Mix all those ingredients and make a paste. Scrub it on your feet in a circular motion. Then rinse off with warm water and towel dry.
